We start off with 2 Tasks to complete and both are fairly simple - connect Baltimore to Washington and connect 3 rural businesses to your rail network. YOUR MONEY CANNOT GO NEGATIVE on this mission. We have competitors this time although they shouldn't pose a problem. When selecting the second chapter we want to use the 'Normal' rail network and 'Trainiac' pause mode as this will make our life easier in terms of train and line management - and Trainiac will give us a score boost at the end. This will net you the following:ĭon't worry if you didn't get this one - there are more chances to get it. If/when you have the money, build a small station in Rock Springs and connect this to the line at Cheyenne which currently has no connection. Add a train to each of those lines and 2 more Tasks will be done before long.Ĥ/8 Tasks now. Connect the Ranch to the south line at Denver and connect the North line at Denver to the south line at Cheyenne. Build a medium station in Denver and a small station at the nearby Ranch. Connect this to your north line at Cheyenne and add a train to it.Ģ/8 Tasks down - now we can look at delivering 16 loads of Cattle to Denver and 16 loads of Meat to Cheyenne. We are then asked to build a large station to the north of Cheyenne - in between the Timber and Wheat supplies. Now build a large station in Cheyenne (remember to use bonds if you don't have enough cash) and connect one of the middle lines to North Platte and then add a train to that line. Finally, set up a train to run on each of those. Build a rail line between the north line at North Platte and Norfolk, then build a line between the south line at North Platte and the Corn Farm. Start by building a medium station in North Platte and a small station at the Corn Farm nearby. Our first 2 are to connect our rail network to North Platte and then Omaha.

Tutorial Complete! We are now given a task list to complete which you can access by selecting the top icon on the command wheel. Do this by selecting the station and pressing. We are now told to build a maintenance building at the station in Omaha.

Now, create a train that will go Corn Farm - Omaha - Norfolk. The tutorial will teach you this but after the first campaign mission you don't need to do this - so I won't go into it. After that, we are brought onto parallel tracks as we want 2 trains traveling on 1 piece of track between Norfolk and Omaha. Your railway management journey has begun! Next, we are told to join the corn farm south of Omaha to the network, so go ahead and do that. Of course, we only have 2 so select Norfolk and then Omaha by pressing on each of them - then press to confirm your rail line. Then back out of this window, press for rail line modification and select the stations where you wish this train to stop.
